Delete your Survkey account
Survkey Inventory and Survkey Install are provided by Framanför AB. The apps share one account, so deleting it removes it from every Survkey app.
In the app
- Open Settings › Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
You need an internet connection. If you are the only admin of an organization that has other members, make someone else admin there first.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and sign-in.
- Every organization where you are the only member, with everything in it: sites, items, photos, videos, voice recordings and other details. Photos and other files are queued for deletion and removed from storage by a background process.
- The data stored on the phone you delete from.
What is kept
Organizations you share with others keep the content you added there. You are removed from them, and that content is no longer linked to you.
Deletion cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email webcontact@framanfor.se from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it.
