Survkey Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Survkey Inventory and Survkey Install ("the apps") are provided by Framanför AB, 559460-9140, Robert Almströmsgatan 7, 113 36 Stockholm ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: webcontact@framanfor.se.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what the apps need to work:

• Account: your email address and an account ID, to sign you in and keep your data in your organization.
• Your content: photos you take or choose, item names and other details you enter and, in Inventory, purchase details you enter (price, currency, date, receipt photos). In Install also videos and voice recordings. We remove the location and camera details embedded in photos before upload.
• Location: when you take a photo and allow location access, we save the coordinates of the place with that photo. The apps never track your location in the background.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and, only when an administrator turns it on, a screen recording to help us fix errors. These are not linked to your name or email.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

3. Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract) and, for diagnostics, our legitimate interest in keeping the apps working.

4. Who processes it for us

Your data is handled by service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database, files, sign-in), PowerSync (sync between devices) and Resend (email), all in the EU (Ireland), and Sentry (crash reports), in the EU (Germany). None of your data is stored outside the EU/EEA.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Content you share in an organization stays with that organization.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Settings › Profile › Delete account. This deletes your account and any organization where you are the only member. Organizations you share with others keep the content you added there. You can also email webcontact@framanfor.se. More: Delete your account.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting webcontact@framanfor.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
